I asked Daniel to come and give me a quotation for the removal of some household junk and a shed that was dilapidated in my back garden.

Daniel gave me his fixed costs (which were very competitive) and took the responsibility off me carrying out the dismantling and dumping of the rubbish and hiring a skip, so I instructed Daniel to carry out the works. Daniel gave me a date that he would carry out the works. When I returned from work on that date he had given me, all the rubbish including the shed had been removed. The area had been cleaned up, and it looked like nothing had been there in the first instance.
