Customer Feedback
We've previously published our excellent customer feedback on our website, but it’s clearly possible for us edit out bad reviews. We never did (we didn’t have any!) but, as members of the Lancashire Safe Trader Scheme, we now ask customers to leave their reviews there instead, to be fully independent.
Businesses registered with the Safe Trader scheme have all demonstrated their commitment to fair trading practices and delivering good customer service.
Traders agree to work with Trading Standards to resolve problems should they occur. Businesses on the scheme are monitored using customer feedback.
