These were the terms of the contract we thought would be difficult to award to one company, but Daniel Elliott Property Clearance Services completed all the above tasks without a single hitch. In fact they overcame several logistical obstacles beyond their control, for example; sofas that had to be removed via a first floor Juliet balcony, not to mention a diversion to correct a very stressful, failed delivery by a well-known Swedish furniture store! All on the day before the Christmas holidays.
We cannot praise enough the efforts of Daniel and his team, to whom nothing was too much trouble and the hours worked by them are unmatched by any similar contractor we have used. Overall an exceptional service that could be recommended without hesitation or fault.
